Minced Beef or Lamb | 250 grams | - |
Butternut Pumpkin | 250 grams | 1⁄2 of a pumpkin |
Green Beans | 150 grams | 1 big handful |
When to introduce meat
First meat should be introduced around 7 months of age, or in consultation with your family doctor or health practitioner.
Minced Beef or Lamb Preparation:
- Cook thoroughly in a saucepan.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Butternut Pumpkin Preparation:
- Peel pumpkin, cut into small pieces
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender stick or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Green Beans Preparation:
- Wash green beans, cut ends and discard.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender stick or food processor.
