Peach, Watermelon and Rockmelon
INGREDIENT | QUANTITY for 7 cubes | NUMBER/SIZE |
Peach | 250 grams | 2 large |
Watermelon (option: seedless) | 400 grams | 1⁄4 of a melon |
Rockmelon | 400 grams | 1⁄2 of a melon |
Peach Preparation:
- Wash and peel peaches, slice and remove seeds.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender stick or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Watermelon Preparation:
- Slice flesh from rind, remove seeds and discard.
- Puree.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Rockmelon/Cantaloupe Preparation:
- Slice flesh from rind, remove seeds and discard.
- Puree.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
