Sweet potato, Zucchini & Carrot
INGREDIENT | QUANTITY for 7 cubes | NUMBER / SIZE |
Sweet Potato | 250 grams | 1 small |
Zucchini | 250 grams | 1 medium |
Carrot | 250 grams | 1 medium |
Kumara/Sweet Potato Preparation:
- Peel and wash kumara, then dice.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Carrot Preparation:
- Peel and wash carrots, discard ends, then slice.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Courgettes/Zucchini Preparation:
- Wash courgettes, discard ends, then slice.
- Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender or food processor.
- Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
Tip: To make smoother purees add water from the saucepan or breast milk while blending
