How to Make Homemade Baby Food - Recipe 3

Lentils
Broccoli and
Cauliflower

 

INGREDIENT
QUANTITY for 7 cubes
NUMBER/SIZE
Lentils 150 grams 1 small packet
Broccoli 250 grams 1 small bunch
Cauliflower 250 grams 1 small bunch

 

Lentils Preparation:

  1. Wash lentils, stir into boiling water (1 cup water to 250g lentils).
  2. Simmer for 20-30 minutes or until tender, then drain. Allow to cool. Puree with blender stick or food processor.
  3. Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.

Cauliflower Preparation:

  1. Wash cauliflower, cut into small florets.
  2. Lightly steam or place in a small saucepan with 2-3 tablespoons of boiling water and simmer gently with lid on until tender. Allow to cool. Puree with blender stick or food processor.
  3. Place portions into mumi&bubi tray and freeze.
